Where can I purchase Market Basket gift cards?
Physical gift cards can be purchased at any Market Basket store location or online at https://giftcards.shopmarketbasket.com/. At this time, eGift cards are not available.
Are Market Basket gift cards sold in specific denominations?
Market Basket gift cards may be purchased in-store for any amount from $10 up to $250 per card. Market Basket gift cards can also be purchased online in the following denominations: $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200, $250.
What is the maximum dollar amount of gift cards I can order online?
The total amount of all gift cards ordered at one time cannot exceed 15 cards or $1,000. Please see the Bulk Orders section of this FAQ if you are interested in purchasing Market Basket gift cards for your business or organization.
How long does it take to process an order?
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
What about shipping?
We offer $1 flat rate shipping for up to 5 gift cards or USPS First Class Package delivery for larger orders.

Where can I redeem my Market Basket gift card?
Gift cards can be redeemed at any Market Basket or MB Spirits location.
How do I check the balance on my gift card?
You may check the balance of your gift card at the courtesy booth of any Market Basket location.
Can I reload my gift card or add additional funds?
Unfortunately, Market Basket gift cards cannot be reloaded.
What should I do if my physical gift card is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards; however, if you have proof of purchase, please call our gift card support team at 978-851-8000 for assistance. If we find that your gift card has not been redeemed or has some remaining value, we can cancel the original and issue you a new gift card for that value.

What is a Bulk Order?
Market Basket gift cards are the perfect way to reward employees, partners or members of your organization! If you are a business owner or nonprofit organization, Market Basket gift cards may be purchased in bulk (over $1000 worth of gift cards).
How can I place a bulk gift card order?
Contact us at 978-851-8000 or giftcards@shopmarketbasket.com. A member of our gift card support team will be able to assist you with your order.
Can I place a bulk order at my local store?
Bulk orders can be placed and fulfilled at any Market Basket location. Payment is required to be made at the store.
